A graduate student at Gallaudet University is seeking Deaf and Hard of Hearing members to participate in an online survey. Participants will be asked about their opinions of interpreter ethics.
Participants will take a short demographic survey, then will watch or read three scenarios and respond via video in American Sign Language or via written English. It will take approximately 20 minutes to participate in the research. Participants must be Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing consumers of interpreting services above the age of 18 and currently live in The United States. Participation in this study will create a valuable contribution to the literature by extending the work of previous researchers.
To participate, use this link to the survey found here: https://forms.gle/eFG12uSHm6MG7HSc6 Please note: participants will need to sign in to their Google account to take the survey for data collection purposes.
